Arrived Sunday to an absolute shambles. None of the lanes were working efficiently. The scores were a complete mess. After our group complaining three times across 40 minutes that the alleys weren’t working correctly (pins not being delivered to the alley correctly or knocking them down before we’d even gone to bowl), we were moved to yet another alley that after 5 minutes also didn’t work properly. Gutters were not coming up for the kids, pins not delivering correctly and the lights kept flickering as if shutting the game down. Went to complain yet again only for the staff member to not give a flying toss she was too busy texting on her phone and the attitude stank. She finally got it working for all of two minutes before the game shut down. Went to complain for the fifth time only for her to argue that she’d given us an extra 8 minutes playing time… when I told her she was lying and complained about the whole shambles of an hour of equipment not working, having to move lanes, that we’d lost play time she tried to argue. Point proven was that she did not give us 8 minutes at all as we started the Game started at 11:35 just after we arrived and the screens shut our game down at 12:30. She then decided to give us 5 minutes extra but only because we called her out in front of another staff member and other customers for her lies and attitude. The lane next to us then had to be moved as theirs stopped working properly too. Would not recommend at all....

My dad and I came here to have some fun as we were visiting from Cornwall. I have previously came here and thought it was good and especially as it’s a charity. We got there 7 minutes before we were meant to start( I know we were late). However in Cornwall we have go karting places that I have been to many of times and we have ran late there too. But as they were a small business just like rouge racing they still let us on even though we missed 5,10 minutes of racing. I think it’s bad that you guys are a charity and lost £66 pounds, which the charity would’ve liked . In addition We were only late as the satnav took us to where you guys yousd to be based. Also my dad owns a business down wear we live and even as we are closing up, he would always try and fit them in as we are a small businesses too.also in another review someone said that he had to step in for his grandson half way through. Meaning that he joined the track mid session, why could we do that thus you keeping the money that you refunded us. I know that you can check CCTV as seen in another review, so I’d like for you too look at one of your employees who for about 10 minutes, he was texting people as the raving was going on. Took the kids go-karting here today and they absolutely loved it! The go-karting itself was fantastic—well organised, safe, and loads of fun. The kids were buzzing afterwards and couldn’t stop talking about it. I’d definitely recommend it. While it felt a little pricey for just 20 minutes on the track, hearing how much they enjoyed it made it feel worth every penny. It’s quite tiring too, so 20 minutes turned out to be just right.

We then headed next door to the bowling and arcade area, which was a brilliant bonus. The kids had some food and a drink while playing. Food choices were fairly limited—just the usual kids’ options like pizza, hot dogs and nachos—but it was enough to keep them going.

All in all, a brilliant day out. Great atmosphere, good energy, and very happy (if slightly overexcited) children. I’d happily recommend it for a fun, family-friendly outing.
