I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Harvester restaurant in Aylesbury, and I must say, it was an experience that left an indelible mark on my taste buds and overall dining experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was met with impeccable service that set the tone for the entire evening. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the fantastic service provided by the staff. From the warm welcome at the entrance to the attentive care throughout the meal, the staff members demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring a memorable dining experience. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate special requests truly impressed me. The culinary offerings at Harvester Aylesbury were nothing short of outstanding. The menu showcased a delightful array of dishes that catered to various tastes. I opted for their signature grilled chicken, and I was blown away by the burst of flavors in every bite. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were evident, making it a true feast for the senses. What struck me most was the efficiency with which the dishes were prepared and served. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the kitchen managed to deliver our orders with remarkable speed, without compromising on taste or presentation. This efficiency added to the overall enjoyable experience, allowing us to savor our meal without unnecessary delays. As a visitor, I also appreciated the local touch that Harvester Aylesbury incorporated into their offerings. The restaurant seamlessly integrated elements of the local area into their decor and even some menu items, creating a sense of connection between the dining experience and the town itself. It's evident that the establishment takes pride in being part of the local community. In conclusion, my visit to Harvester Aylesbury was a delightful journey of flavors and exceptional service. The combination of great service, delectable dishes, and a seamless blend of local influences make it a must-visit for both residents and visitors alike. Without a doubt, this restaurant has earned its place as a gem in Aylesbury's culinary landscape.

Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was passing through so not sure if the location is that convenient, for me it certainly isn't an easy drive from Banbury - build one closer please Interior ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Felt like most other harvesters however I would say it was a bit cleaner and modern than most, the toilets were single cubicles with private wash basin, small detail but I liked them. Service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ They started terribly here, 12 minutes before I was asked for my drink order isn't great but the server recovered the situation and everyone after that seemed really attentive and always happy to top up the salad bowl for me. (No longer self service 😪) Food ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Started with the chicken strips which were super hot and crispy. The BBQ dip was great but I grabbed the garlic mayo and other sauces to give a bit of dipping selection. Then the dirty burger, which was a filthy mess in all the right ways! The onion nest and hash brown really made every bite a carb loaded masterpiece. The chips were a bit bland but a bit of salt fixed that! The salad bar - I just love the pasta and potato salad. But last night I discovered the raisin topper which were sooo sweet. Absolutely beautiful. Price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fixed menu and a bottomless drink came to under £20. Cannot really complain with that! Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️(⭐️) Has to be a 3.5 on this one, I guess the whole experience was very good but it wasn't unique or special. I know what to expect at Harvester, but that means it doesn't WOW me, but that won't stop me returning several times!

Been coming to Harvester now for more then 6 years and I was never so badly served as this morning for the Lady manager on site, I had to leave restaurant after being for 1h from an booked table that we had for 10.00am to 11.00am waiting for the food to be served and when food come to tavle cone completely cold, and i was also very frustrated because other customer that arrived after me getting their toast before breakfast comes I we had been given last for pieces of bread ( as was referred by employer) and if we wanted more would be from frozen bread. The Lady manager on site served us pretty poorly, only coming to our table 2 times in 1h slot, making the Restaurant look very badly in terms of management and customer service. Also to make big reference, the Lady manager never asked about the preference on toast as should because of allergies, as my misses always have yo have brown toast. Worst experience ever in a Harvester.

We dined in tonight at the restaurant for our anniversary meal as thought we would go local. Unfortunately we waited to be seated which is completely fine and acceptable, the waitress that took our orders is a huge credit to your team whilst the other two servers had zero customer service about them. We ordered two meals to which one came out with the chicken being cold and undercooked the waitress was kind enough to acknowledge the food was cold and offered to replace the meal, she was extremely apologetic which she shouldn’t as this was not her fault. We then waited for the replacement meal and watched the two other ladies walk past the replacement meal 3/4 times and we clocked the food being on the side for a total of 15 minutes, there was zero communication from the other two, the orginal waitress then brought over the food where we explained the whole situation and by this time at 8pm I refused the food as my partner had eaten most of there’s and the food had been sat for so long. Again she was very apologetic and offered us deserts or the meal cooked again but by this time in honesty I had lost my appetite after biting into the first course with rubber textured chicken. She kindly removed items off the bill but this should not be the case, this lass is a credit to your restaurant and deserves recognition for trying to resolve how a customer feels, unfortunately we left deflated that the meal we expected was abit of a shambles with only on person partially eating.

As mentioned we did not get the name of waitress but she clearly deserves recognition for how interactive she was with customers but also the professionalism of trying to resolve...
