Santorini Gyro Bar — Local services in Gedling

Iv been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks, food first time was great, second time a mix up in ordering ment we didn't get chips on the Gyro but never mind it was a mix up, then the third time we went the food was right and we thought nothing of it, I went up to pay and was told that last time I came in that the payment didn't go through (this was in front of other customers) I told him that I had used the wrong bank card last time and then went on to pay with the correct one, I showed him my online banking and that it had been debited from my account but he carried on that it hadn't gone through resulting in me feeling quite embarrassed in from of other customers, why didn't he tell me when I first sat down for my food? I travel a 20 mile round trip to eat here but not any more I will take my money elsewhere. A...

We waited 2 hours for our food, been lied to about where it was (told us it was on the way twice but wasn’t) and hung up on us when we were dared asked 2 hours later near 10pm. Food was bang average at best. We even heard the delivery driver upset on the phone to the person we were talking to on the phone because they’d sent her alone across Nottingham on deliveries on a Saturday night, hence the delay. We’re definitely owed a refund, which they said they’d give us, then proceeded to send their poor delivery driver back to collect our food as we had the audacity to ask for our money back, but will probably never see that money again. I had a disappointing experience at Santorini Gyro Bar. I walked in around 4 pm 18/03/25 and immediately noticed the owners sitting together, enjoying a meal and speaking Greek. No one was behind the counter, so I patiently waited for about five minutes, hoping to be attended to. However, not once did anyone acknowledge my presence or offer any indication that they would be with me shortly.
