Having eaten here on several occasions, and always found the food to be excellent, we went yesterday, for lunch (4 adults, 2 children).

We ordered food and drinks. On this occasion, we weren't happy with the service (meals arrived at different times, some of it not as described on the menu, also some of the accompanying sides were missed altogether), so my daughter-in-law complained, and the staff apologised. We ordered more drinks.

When my husband went to pay for the whole lot (he had opened a tab), he was told that the ENTIRE bill had been waived, due to our disappointment regarding some of the food! Drinks waived!

OUTSTANDING customer service on that! We'll definitely continue...

I came in for a drink with my husband I went to the ladies toilets and was shocked when a bloke was banging on the toilet door. My husband spoke to a member of staff who assured us that it would be dealt with . The same bloke went on to be very disgusting and vulgar towards another woman speaking inappropriately. Member of staff behind the bar asked the woman if the bloke was harassing her she flatly refused to serve him anymore.
