Horrible experience..i went on last Thursday evening but very disappointed I would like to give five stars but I'm going to stick with two for now until the customer service improves with a smile especially.I use to go to melton road shop since shop opened recently i have moved to evington and now i come in here in st saviour shop alot and recently I've been served by all new face womens (freshies) who didn't have a clue what English language is and took about 10 minutes to put together of small box of mitai then she decides to empty the box and re-do it and keeps me waiting then changes my yellow penda to the darker one I like the yellow one not brown one. I came in the evening after long hard work it would be nice to welcome customers with a smile or even ask how there day has been unless you don't want them to return.It's not nice to give customers the miserable face then when there leaving you still don't smile.Aarti sweets are better than others .food is very tasty But the way things have been I don't think I will be a regular customer here nor will I recommend your service. There's no service without a warm welcome and for everyone to not understand English. You may be allocated in an Asian area but don't forget you are in Uk. I'm indian but I don't speak the language just English. Would be nice to communicate with someone that understands English as well.there is no menu or price tag on sweets or savoury..i dont know how much per kilo or ratal sweets are . The lady today didn't understand me so she keep asking the other lady and even she didn't understand . And other thing she keep touching her face and hair .That's one of the health and safety procedures. Just as well I'm not an undercover health and safety officer. One piece of hair that drops in food can be vital for food poisen in because I don't know what's touched her hair and people are the most common for food poisoning this can be invisible to.So please I would appreciate if you can take this into consideration. And try to smile it doesn't cost anything.i am spending my hard...

Heard about the queues here and boy was it long. But I did have the thought of it the queues are like this there's something about it. Waited an hour at least to get into the shop and once in the staff were friendly enough to get through what we would like. We only wanted the dry snacks and sweets but was aware that there were samosa etc available. We ordered a variety of items from spicy chevdo to ghatia and tried the variations of what we bought. I always like a spicy chevdo that has some flavour but I couldn't find any with this. Yes there was some spice to it but that was it, I couldn't taste no hint of sweetness to it but the one thing that put me off was I could also taste the oil which wasn't ideal. This was also evident in the chakri we bought. Normally from many other places they come in swirls and the did here too, but they wouldn't breakaway a layer at a time. When turning it over the base of some of them were flat and bulked like one big piece. Again however the taste of oil was there too which was off putting. I can say I've tried some of the stuff but obviously not had of the other stuff. My review is soley based on what I had bought and the impression overall on that. On that basis would I return, not likely in a rush maybe way down the line. The quality of what I bought with the length of time I waited wasn't justified for me and this is the reason I...

Disappointing customer service. I have been there for more then 4 to 5 times but was not happy with the way they server. I see ppl had to wait longer for their order in this harsh wearther just because the worker were really very slow and arrogant with their packing orders, and their replies are even worse. I tried to place an order on call but they don't answer.

Diwali morning at 8:15 after the long wait of 45 min finally i got the chance to order I was in a rush for my Bus. I said how long will it take to place an order. their first word they said to me was u have to wait. My excitement of celebration was shattered she was gonna take 15 more min an i had to leave for my Bus for work. unfortunately I had to leave empty handed. Days are not near when ppl will stop respecting their Quality coz of their response...
