"I recently had the pleasure of trying the chicken biryani at [BIRYANIWALA], and I can confidently say itâs the best Iâve ever had! The moment it arrived, the aroma was intoxicating. The rice was perfectly fluffy, and the blend of spices created a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. The chicken was tender and juicy, marinated to perfection, which made each bite a delight. The service was excellent, with staff who were attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this biryani to anyone who loves authentic flavors. I canât wait to come...
Read moreWent to pick up 4 Lamb Biryaniâs and went back home and started eating it with my family. After we opened it and started eating, we all noticed that it was not fresh at all and the masala wasnât even cooked thoroughly. The last time we had bought Biryani, it was great but this time, it was atrocious.
Of course this wasnât the quality I expected when I paid so I called up the restaurant and told them about the situation. The man who answered the call seemed half apologetic and told me heâd give me a free one the ânextâ time I came around. Obviously I knew better and we couldnât eat these old leftovers so I went over there again (taking another long trip in the car) to complain and hopefully get another replacement.
I had to argue with the rude chef who insisted it was good and that I just take it without complaining. After a while he agreed to let me have 2 Biryanis whilst taking the 4 I brought back. I was absolutely furious that he didnât even offer me a full replacement so I insisted he give me 3 instead otherwise there would have been a scene.
The replacements I got were MUCH better than what I previously ordered but still nothing compared to before since it was just cooking and I believe they rushed it in order to serve it as it was a busy period.
Due to the events that transpired today, I will NEVER be going back. If you want fresh food, donât want to be dumped with leftovers, get told as the customer you are wrong and not get offered a full replacement for their wrongdoings, I suggest you go...

SHOULD BE CALLED RICE WAALA WITH BONES ONLY
Biryani is a delicacy which is hard to get it right and I had always avoided eating biryanis from outside and stuck to homemade. This place was recommended to me when I was stood outside this place and had a chance to even chat with the owner and that is when my friend recommended me these guys.
After some time had passed I decided to give it a go and first time experience was decent. It would be something I would try again and I did but this time meat was growing lesser and bones increased. I thought it might be a one off thing and also recommended these guys to friends and family (worst mistake I made) and it wasn't long that I started getting told from a couple of my friends that how disappointed these guys were with effectively Rice only biryani. I still had my first experience in mind and I was not convinced at the feedback and gave it a go yesterday.
I wanted to completely be sure about their standard before writing this review so I decided to buy 3 portions of lamb biryani (for 2 people) 2 spicy and one medium (which were all the same) and dug into it looking for meat. I found 2/3 pieces in each box and with no exaggeration there was absolutely no meat at all in all of them, Boxes filled right to the top with rice which were extremely oily.
I am back to square one and would avoid biryanis from outside all together.
Owner of this place should be ashamed of ripping people just to earn extra couple of quids...
