The work area was completely protected from dust, including the carpets which was reassuring, and the work was done quickly, and the engineers polite. Small sections of the work area were left slightly dirty afterwards. A bit of dust is understandable, however a small section one of the walls in the front room was left slightly dirty on one side, which requires a repaint again. The skirting boards also need a repaint. Personally, not a massive deal to me as its only a small repaint job, however for others this may be more of an issue. The whole experience from start to finish was really easy and efficient, from Jordan doing the initial survey all the work was done in under a week. This is despite me discovering I had rotten floorboards in the lounge while moving furniture for the work to be done, which they investigated, quoted for and replaced as well as doing the original work.
