The hottest day of the year so far and yet the store was even hotter! Went in with a list of 5 things to buy....not 1 of these items were availability in this store. AND, the layout was dreadful. No continuity of items on display(although I think the store has a floor plan to follow), it certainly didn't work here. One isle was marked "soft furnishings and curtains both sides of the isle was full of either cushions or throws. Except for about 3ft width of shelf that had about 4 pairs of curtains....no hooks, poles or rings. Infact the only accessories they had was maybe 6 or 7 silky type tie-backs.Very dissapointed came away with bottled water cos by now we're dehydrating and toilet rolls to wipe away the sweat that's now pouring from every pore. Wont be going there again anytime soon. I also wont recommend anyone I know to go either.....oh one last thing.....will you please get a member of staff to water all the dryed up and wilting plants that are left in the high sun....who's going to buy half done plants? Unless your object is to sell them at ½price! Just saying like. Not a good...

I have worked in sake for 8 years and if I had ever made a customer feel so stupid I would have been sacked. I don’t care what kind of day she’s had, don’t reflect your bad day on your customer!!

The price range is pretty affordable depending on the item.
The last visit: The hand gel had run out and when mentioned to a staff member they did not...
