KFC Stirling - Kerse Road — Restaurant in Scotland

After ordering from a server who had the attitude of a rhino that had it's genitalia forcibly removed, myself and my flatmate waited a disgraceful 20 minutes (not an appropriate time for a fast food restaurant) before receiving our below par slop.

We spent the 20minutes watching every other customer complaining to the clearly inexperienced staff, about receiving the wrong orders or for poor quality food. Compared to other fast food restaurants in the area who deal with at least triple the amount of customers there is no doubt that this kfc is the worst fast food place in the area.

The staff were completely disorganized and indifferent. They could not keep up with the meager 6 or so orders in shop and a few drive through orders also. No apologies we're were offered to myself or any other disappointment patron.

The food itself was not to standard. Even for the cheap chain standards of kfc. The Pepsi I eventually got was so watery it tasted like someone just spat some of their can of Pepsi into a cup of water and handed it to me. The chicken wasn't as bad but quite dry - probably from sitting around on a heater all day. The chips were stale and unseasoned.

All in all I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant. Hope they can pick up their standards in the...

Haven’t stopped itching and it’s been an hour. Food was decent but presentation of it was awful. The wrap was unwrapped and you could tell it was prepared on a dirty surface from the food stuck on the outside of it.

From stepping inside, instantly we could tell it was disgusting; the floor was covered in food, there was not one table free of previous customers remnants. The machine to order had a dirty screen stuck with food, and did not give a receipt after ordering therefore we could not show that many of the items we ordered were missing. The items that we did receive were not even the correct ones, there were too many mistakes to mention.

The toilets smelled like sewage, the floor was wet (with more than just water!), the toilets themselves were dirty and unflushed. Wet toilet paper was strewn across the floor and the taps and doorhandles were dirty too.

Other surrounding customers were struggling to find somewhere to sit that was not dirty, and we left extremely unsatisfied.

One of us had to eat a salad with a spoon… Overall we paid £35 for four of us to eat (expensive in comparison to other fast food places!) but yet we left with our appetites only being reduced by the disgust we suffered whilst inside. Avoid at all costs, absolutely...

Visted this store with my cousin and her young baby, cousin had to call out repeatedly to gain access to baby change area as the staff were all gathered together in the back area where cooking takes place, while in changing area my cousin was almost physical sick by the repulsive smell from changing room. I had to return my zinger burger as the chicken was rock solid and tasted as though it had been sitting all out day then reheat in the micorwave, when I asked for a new burger staff looked very unimpressed and said I quote "ugh just give her another one" which they did which was also inedible it was diffcult to pull this chicken apart. Like to add the attitudue from staff represented ignornace and myself and cousin were left feeling intimitated by the staffs appaling behaviour and attitudes, and not once did I receive an apology for the burger or the staffs severe lack of interpersonal and customer...
