Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

I ordered 1 large latte, there were no cars in front of me, the store was not busy - the order was lost in translation from Drive-Thru to the window, I had to tell them again what I had ordered, they handed a medium, I said again it was a large - I then got told to wait in a bay - eventually got my coffee headed to work, when I finally sat down & tasted it, it's by far the worst coffee I have ever had, tastes seriously burnt not sure how this could have gone so wrong for a simple order, hopefully just teething problems since they are new, but I won't be back again, full...

Fantastic store - incredibly friendly and helpful staff. So much quieter and relaxing than the store in the retail park. Hope it survives though as always 80% empty as very, very hard to spot given tucked away off the roundabout. Needs 2 things - a proper heater above the door as no porch and icy blast inside every time someone comes through the door, and far better signage to encourage customers and help it...

This costa is generally just convenient for me as I always wait here whilst I'm having work done on the car at the kwik fit opposite. The atmosphere of the shop itself is nice. Clean and pleasant but externally you're surrounded by noise. Roads. Trains. Garage work etc. Staff however are lovely. Food is just the bog standard rubbery Costa stuff you get from any of their shops. Drinks are...
