11am today absolute disgrace of a shop I was trying to get a refund for an item purchased a 32a bra set which came with xxl bottoms which makes zero sense as if you were an xxl no offence meant but surely you'd be in an A to match such as a 38 I was basically made to feel by cashier 13 that these were dirty pants she made me feel like a tramp and Im certainly not I am autistic and have cptsd I can not reiterate enough retraining is clearly needed if you cannot adapt to change or different situations then unfortunately I don't think this is the correct job for said staff member downright rude and cheeky to the point I've burst out crying in my car this is my last visit absolutely horrific experience avoid Stirling primark even jump on the bus to dunfermline much better friendlier staff with more products you actually want to buy I can easily spend £200 where as Stirling I just want to go home clearly there's a massive issue here noone said anything at all they just stared at me I find the female staff here especially incredibly pick me and bitchy which is evidently clear by the judgemental woman...

Live local..love your store. I was living in Spain 2011/13 when you opened your store in Malaga. Struggled to get home with all the people laden with your goods. My Spanish friends were lining up for the opening. Back in Stirling now. Visited today...only spent a pound on this occasion.. Twenty people in front of me, but only waited five minutes to get served. I always like to give praise for good customer service, however in certain shops...if I politely ask to speak to a a manager I am met with ' what do you want'.. Not a problem today in your very busy store...instantly referred to Cara. Keep up the good work Primark. I am happy to post this positive review, because the majority of people who are quick to complain are the last people to acknowledge and appreciate good service. Every time i visit family in Stirling i always go to this store and have always complimented the customer sevice and staff for being lovely. Today i went in and was instantly followed by the security who made it obvious. I have a full time and part time job (in security for 20 years) and have never shoplifted in my life. Even other customers noticed it too. Maybe he didn't like my new trainers i had just bought or the new Scotland top. Either way i left the store with the least i have ever spent and will now not return to the store. The security guard stood at sore and shouted bye and waved when we left, not very professional.
