I highly recommend this phenomenon unique place Well well well, the truth has to be said and in full, Please request how strong or soft massage you require and she will ask you, they will stand on your back and twist your legs and torso with utmost care & professionalism, a deep tissue and very close to the Lymphatic drainage massage which is very good if you do truly suffer from fatigue and did not have a massage for a long time, the massage in this place is authentic and truly amazing and it worked for me so well, a very professional customer service on the phone and in person and they will offer a complimentary drink or warm tea at the end which is another plus as the warm welcome and smiles. A very polite and courteous, a reception with lovely smell in the shop, i am a 6`4 and the special massage bed was large enough which is a surprise to me as i am a very regular visitor to Thai massage places and i am never impressed easily ever ... In terms of the massage it self in this place, well i am very impressed with my masseuses Poon if i spelled it right, i would say i have never had SUCH AN AMAZING & RELAXING MASSAGE like the one i had there last night, knowing that every masseuses has or have their own techniques but this one is truly special. Horrible experience. Booked a couples aromatherapy massage for my boyfriend and I. Arrived 5 mins early. Got told that due to them running behind we would have to have our massage separately despite paying for the joint room. After explaining that we had paid specifically for the couples room they said if we wait 15 mins they would have the room ready for us.

35 mins later after complaining again the room was finally ready. After this it just got worse. The areas we had both requested not to be touched on our forms were ignored. I had a hip injury and after experiencing pain was told that “hurt a bit now, feel better later” she carried on anyway despite me asking not to.

At the very end got asked if we’d ever had a Thai massage before - cue confusion as that’s not what we’d booked. After asking clarified that we had been given the wrong massage. In the end waited for a refund and went home as the manager wasn’t on site. Eventually called and a refund is thankfully being processed by the kind receptionist who apologized, although we’ve been told we will have to...

My wife has a very high standard when it comes to spa. We had a massage yesterday in a luxury hotel spa in Bournemouth but she was not satisfied. Hence she looked for another spa and the next day she tried BAAN THAI Massage. She tried the stone massage and the second she went out of the room, I can see that she was really satisfied and happy with the massage. She said it was the best massage she had for 3 years. She has been looking for a good massage and now she found one. My wife said that her massage therapist, JIN is very professional and can really do hard deep tissue massage. She was able to pinpoint all her knots and focuses on her back and neck. She definitely recommends Baan Thai and we will definitely come back here... Great service for a good price.
