One of the worst experience I had in ordering pizza with this store specifically.
Ordered 15 pizzas early morning for an office event. While instructions where given clearly where to deliver the order, the driver landed up somewhere and he didn't know where he was. I had few colleagues with me collect the pizzas and it was raining. After 45 mins of confusion the driver came and he said he is new and was not aware of the routes while the only building in that post code is my office.
The store manager was taken on a call but she simply disconnected the call while the driver was trying to get her help.
My calls to the store was not answered either. I am sure the store is not too busy on Tue early afternoon to ignore customer calls. I called up later in the afternoon and the manager was still not available. Someone said she will call back but nothing.
A ticket to Central team resulted in a £20 voucher and a standard message template that they use to apologize was used. They assume throwing a voucher on the customer is enough to ignore the substandard service. I think their view is, the food is paid. If it's delivered late it's not their problem and they use standard excuses like unforseen circumstances! How is hiring a driver who doesn't know the routes is unforeseen? For a large order they need to make sure someone who is capable of on time delivery is used.
The store manager has not called yet and I am sure she is a person that doesn't care what happens to company's brand image.
My take, I will never use this store again. Have used dominos and Papa johns for big orders, they did a perfect job. If you are looking for big orders, please avoid this store! They might treat you same way when you dine in as well!
From a food taste standpoint, the pizzas were really good (not as hot as we expected though). This was the reason I chose Pizza hut but when the service is pathetic, the brand image the company builds goes to dust by employees who don't understand customer...

7:30pm came and went. At 7:45pm we started trying to call the store. It took approximately 10 minutes to actually get through to someone, just to be told "erm your order must have been missed" and "we can remake it and send it out now if you want".
I then had to ask how long it would be, which i shouldn't have had to do, to be told it would be another 20-30 minutes.
8:34pm came and someone turned up with an order and a reciept. The receipt is correct to our order. Except the only thing they actually got right was the cookies. The pizza and the garlic tear and share had the completely wrong toppings and base.
Immediately, I rang the store back, obviously significantly irritated by this point. Food was now an hour late and it had been 2 and a half hours since we placed the order. I requested to speak to a manager, which never happened. Had a young guy on the end of the phone, who answered when we first called, saying that he was sorry, it was quiet now and they could send it out again.
9:13pm and the order has finally arrived correctly. Only 3ish hours since ordering and 1 hour and 45 minutes after it should have...

It arrived very fast, but although one of the halves was supposed to be a Supreme with extra cheese and jalapeños had nothing BUT cheese and jalapeños on it! Quick phone call, apologies, second pizza on the way and an instruction to give the wrong pizza to the delivery man. To our surprise the second one was missing tomatoes on the other half. So one more call. Not a single 'sorry' this time. Instead we heard that it's somehow our fault because we haven't checked it properly enough, and how come there was a piece missing on the pizza that we gave them back. Yup I ate one because the first time my half was ok. Guy on the phone - highly unprofessional and we did heard the exchange between him and his colleagues while on the phone with him about us, it wasn't nice.
