Never had a problem with this store until yesterday. I ordered a meal deal with my younger sister who was really hungry, so I thought I would treat her with dominoes. Ordered it at 5pm and it came around 5:30pm. No problem whatsoever until I realised they have given us someone else’s pizza but had the right sides. Phoned the store straight away and they apologised and immediately said they would remake it. 1 hour later, still havnt received it, so I rang again to which they stated they were very busy but it’s still being made. Fair enough, I understand it gets busy and it’s hard to work through constant orders. Given the benefit of the doubt, I’ve waited another hour to which I am now frustrated with a hungry sibling, so I rang again 3rd time lucky stated I wanted a refund which they gave £20 back in credit, baring in mind the order cost me £30, and they said the driver had left and is on route. So given that I waited once more hour and the driver still hadn’t arrived. It was now 8:30pm when I ordered at 5pm. In anger, I had express my frustration to the next call I made to the store which I was now speaking to the manager on shift that day and he did more then the 3 other people I spoke to on the phone. He expressed his apologises and stated the driver is still on route an hour later? When I live 5 mins away from the store. It didn’t make any sense. So he remade my whole order from medium to a large and he personally delivered it straight to me within 20 minutes. All that waiting and frustrated could’ve been avoided. I was at the point now that I wasn’t even hungry anymore but it fed my sister at least. I don’t usually write reviews but I hope that this can reflect on the workers there that they need more training on dealing with wrong orders and not forget about them which I believe I was for...

On Christmas Eve my mother decided to order domino as treats for the family however had ordered 5 pizza and spend over 50 pound. The driver attended at the address and given two pizza while customer asked where is the other three pizza as she had ordered 5 pizza and only received two pizza then the driver replied and said “sorry there’s nothing we can do about it and you’ll need to contact the store for refund” the customer was worried as she had three children to feed on Christmas Eve. So customer had ranged the store although the store decided to say over the phone “there’s nothing we can do about it” then hung up straight away so customer decided to ring again asking for explanation or raise refund request and the store answered again and screaming over the phone saying “Don’t call us again otherwise we’ll contact the police” we was shocked and appalled by their disgusting behaviour so customer decided to try attend the store and reassure manager to ask for remake and send out other three pizza or possible refund if they refuse to send out three missing pizza also explanation of why they threatened to call the police for no reason. While the customer arrive the store then the manager came to front desk and laughed at customer face telling her “we are closed so do us favour and go away!” I would not recommend this store at all to my friends and family… stay away from the store and if possible order somewhere else instead of this store otherwise you’ll regret it for sure!

I’ve also filed complaints with the headquarters about their disgusting behaviour!

Shame on you dominos for leaving three kids with no food on Christmas Eve… you’ve lost great...

I decided to order and collect from this store on 14/04/2023. I have never met a team of rude staff since I moved to the UK 2 years ago. I'd come into the store to pick my order, was ignored by a team of about 9-10 staff, 2 were working and the others were huddled together having a chat. Said hello the first time, no one answered. I thought I was probably not loud enough and no one could hear me. Waited about a minute and spoke up that I had come to pick my order, still everyone was busy about what they were doing when I'd entered the store. Finally made eye contact with one staff member who was drinking from a bottle, she looked at me and then looked away. I understand she may be on break or not working at the time, but no effort was even made to signal to whoever was supposed to attend to me that a customer was waiting. Eventually, someone comes forward without offering any apology for keeping me waiting. I collected my order, said my thank you and left. After reading some of the reviews for this store I am not surprised. Even my 8 year old was shocked by the treatment we received. Sparse toppings on our pizzas as well. I am totally unimpressed. I would try another store if I ever have to order from...
