Well where do I start hall I wanted was a medium pizza for myself and my poorly wife to be delivered which was 12.49 I live 1.5 miles away so when I asked to have it delivered the person at the other end of the line said it would be cheaper if I ordered wings garlic bread and coke it would be cheaper so I did then I was quoted 30.91i said ok don’t worry I will just have the pizza then he says it’s 35.23 without the extras I said ok so what is the delivery charge oh it’s 2.79 I said ok just deliver it at £15 roughly Oh no it doesn’t work like that spoke to the manager he just hung up and blocked me (not English btw ) So I decided to get my nephew harry to drive that horrendous 1.5 miles trek ordered exactly the same pizza for £9.99 Be aware of dominoes ripping you off Btw thank you to my nephew the pizza was excellent unlike the employees trying to rip me off always check delivery charge I saved £20 will never get them to deliver again I will just get harry go pick it up rip off merchants I can only nice one star shame there is no stars for domino’s trying to rip...

Ordered pizza from here, one of them had a hair in it. I felt sick at the idea of what else I had eaten. I contacted the store instantly to ask for a refund for that pizza, they said they would send another. I said I didn’t want another. They sent out a driver to pick up the pizza with the hair in it. The driver took a picture and video of the pizza with the hair in it and took it and I never got a refund for it. A month later, stupidly I know, I ordered again having forgotten all about the previous month. There was a piece of plastic in the pizza, they refused to replace or refund again. I contacted customer service online with all the proof and they literally ignored me for 3 months. I contacted them on Twitter and they got customer service to reply to me on email, they asked me for proof again, nothing happened and they stopped replying again. I gave up. I contacted the food and safety agency and they said too much time had passed unfortunately for them to do anything. Wish I had read the reviews online before...

To save time, effort and frustration just don’t order from here. The driver couldn’t find my address to start with. I accept this happens time to time, but when we noticed that our pizza order was wrong and thought we’d call and explain, we were told we had ordered the pizza toppings they had made and delivered. We went over the order to explain THEIR mistake and were told if we wanted a new pizza we would have to wait 40-50 mins !! Then I asked to speak with the manager expecting a revised time or offer, instead I found myself arguing with a man I’d never met who told me I had to prove they were wrong. We offered to take pictures to save time so they could just refund my money as I was running out of patience with their terrible customer service skills, but this was not enough. I bregunchly drove down to the store with incorrect pizza and cold sides to the unpleasant store manager and left with no apology.
