If I could give this company no stars I would. We had this company come and fit a full new roof with fascias, sofits and guttering. Can not fault the lads that did the work. The problems came after the job was so called "finished" Was asked for half the total bill in cash and the rest bank transfer. Was left with loads of rubbish which we was told would be collected once the van was "fixed". All paperwork we had stated "payment on completion" in my eyes the job was not complete as we was left with all the rubbish. Was told it will be collected at the end of the week.....then the threats came. The boss wasn't happy that we didn't pay the second half cos as far as we was concerned the job wasn't "complete" until all rubbish was gone. Was told if he didn't get payment by the end of the day he would be back with the lads to smash up tiles and slash the felt. He then said keep £550 and if I don't come back for rubbish you can use it to get a skip and get rid of the said rubbish. We left it for 4 weeks. Absolutely no contact so we got rid of the rubbish. Then out of the blue we got texts to say he's doing his books and we owe him £550. Sorry but we did what you said and paid for a skip, so more threats came telling us travellers don't take to kindly to being conned! He also said we had loads of rubbish from our previous extension which was done 8 years ago, all the rubbish that was left was from his job ! Had to get legal advice and police involved. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT AN EASY LIFE...
