The Dogs Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Great Britain

Came in here with our pup with my partner on Sunday, a few days after opening week. We were immediately greeted by the friendly team soon as we stepped foot by the door! As we found a table, we were served straight away and our pup was very excited to say hello to the smiling service :)

They were extremely good with her, you can see their experience with dogs is amazing, which is good to know if you're unsure on taking your dog in anywhere - this would be the place to go without a doubt.

We had some paninis and wraps to eat and a refreshing beverage as it was a sunny day. We treated our pup to some bags of treats and biscuits which are all 100% natural ingredients, so again you can be sure they are great for your dogs :) She really enjoyed them and we really enjoyed our food too :)

When we came to pay the bill, we were pleasantly surprised at what it came to :) From the staff, the service, the location, this is a perfect little set up and I would recommend to anyone who has dogs, or doesn't, and just wants a coffee and a bite to eat.

Such bad service! Don’t bother ordering with this company. Placed an order around the 5th June so we would have plenty of delivery time as needed by 24th June. After placing the order I believe the owner Emma emailed me asking what the order was for? Dogs name? And birthday etc I responded and everything seemed great. Fast forward to yesterday realised the goods had never arrived so I quickly emailed to ensure everything was okay with the order and was I still going to get it before the 24th. No response. Today I have called several times, left 3 voice messages, emailed again and sent a message through Facebook no response what so ever. So disappointed! Due to no one responding I don’t even know how to ask for a refund so had to raise a dispute through the bank. Don’t order waste of time and really bad customer service well there’s no...

Beautiful new cafe, designed for dogs, with humans in mind. Immaculately clean and one of the warmest, friendliest welcomes I have had anywhere. Cakes are beautiful and menu is fine... Though I am sure as they dip their toes in more things, it will get better and better. Doggie treats in abundance and just as the human food is reasonably priced, so too are the dog treats. This place is destined for so much more. The friendliest place around, its like walking into a friend's lounge for a cuppa and cake. I cannot recommend enough... Just remember, you don't have to take a dog, but don't be surprised to find others do. They are a new venture so finding their feet. Help them settle in.
