Food was cold when delivered, sweet and sour chicken balls very greasy, curry sauce cold, rung and explained this to them, said they will get driver to come and collect to reheat, explained we have a newborn and then they offered £5 refund said no as was £30 order wanted at least 50% refund back. Agreed on £10 refund but still not happy with it as most of the food has gone to waste.
