Ordered a burger meal, burger was great but chips aren’t too good. Also got chicken chunks with it which were ok but pretty dry, you would need a sauce with them. Had steak and chips with blue cheese sauce, these chips were nice but only really because of the sauce they were drowned in, steak was very dry though and it’s well done. The portion size is huge though, could’ve just had this and nothing else. Broccoli was hard however the garlic butter with it was nice. Biggest peeve is that they advertise garlic and chilli king prawns, and for £7 I would expect proper king prawns, not 5 packet ones that have been tossed in some garlic and chilli oil. Cheaper than that in a restaurant and you would get proper prawns too. Glad we tried but likely...

We ordered a meal at 18:15, and it didn't arrive until 19:50. Whilst we waited, we called the restaurant five times - only nobody answered the phone.

When the food arrived, the order was incorrect. One burger had mustard on despite asking for the mustard to be removed (this is a standard menu option, not an additional request). Another meal was missing mac and cheese. Overall, the food was cold, and the burgers were all soggy. The chips had clearly been frozen at some point, because the insides were still hard. The wrong number of drinks had been sent, and to rectify they gave us the wrong drink anyway. The only saving grace were the chicken bites, which did actually taste nice.

Not worth the price...

The food here is generally very good, but is always let down by the service. I've tried several times now over a period of months and it has got to the point where I've had enough and won't be visiting here again. On more than one occasion we have had to wait as much as 45minutes after the time they said the food would be ready (collection) and one member of staff clearly can't cope with the stress of working in a busy place and is always visibly angry when you go to collect your food. If you know you are busy, then why lie to customers and tell them a collection time that is so far out from when the food will...
