I ordered ahead and had never used this particular location, upon arrival to collect my order, the floor had not been cleaned, covered in food debris and dried spills, 3 large flies were buzzing around the salad, and I was informed that they were out of milk so I couldn't get my large latte I ordered, I suggested I take a Pepsi instead, and then there was no tubs for my dips for my wedges, rather than go without, the sandwich artist squirted a little bit of BBQ on them (Totally forgetting the blue cheese dressing which I only discovered once I got out of there.) I then mentioned I should be due some sort of refund, (as the Pepsi is obviously a lot cheaper than a large latte.) He just looked at me and threw my receipt in the bin. Read moreI visited this Subway location at 299 Squires Gate Lane, Blackpool (FY4 3RF) and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member working there—especially the man with glasses—was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had to ask him multiple times (3–4 times) just to get napkins, which is basic customer service.
We also ordered 5–6 footlong subs, and he made them all in a rush without listening properly to our preferences. The result was poor-quality subs with incorrect fillings and little to no taste. His arrogant attitude and lack of courtesy really ruined the visit.
