I would stay well away go to Asda if you don’t want to pay £100 parking ticket the parking I are using the people as a meal ticket and they are just ticketing everybody go to Asda free parking the 3 times I’ve been I’ve had a ticket in the post claiming I was there four hours I know it’s a scam because the letters all say the same they are just trying to rip people off do not go to Morrison or anything on that estate unless your happy paying £100 stay away not only are you being scammed for £100 the place is covered in rats check out my videos. Rats are crawling over everything. I would only use Asda stay out of Morrisons. It’s bad. They’re on a big Scam and they’ve got vermin all over the place.

08.45 on a Monday morning, only one manned checkout open. 3 supervisors standing chatting and warltching the que build up. Eventually another checkout opened but those queing for the already open checkout were not informed that another one would be opening, the consequence of this was that people who had been queing were left in a long que whilst people who had not been queing could go straight to the newly opened checkout. When one person behind us in the que complained to the supervisor she just shrugged her shoulders and walked off. No organisation, no customer service. Will not shop at Morriston again.

Good things and bad things weigh equally. Good that you can order food trays in advance bad that the orders sometimes don't make it through to the deli. Good that there is a wide selection of well stocked shelves bad that there are a million people to trip over whilst trying to get anything or anywhere. Good that it is located off Squires Gate away from Blackpool City Centre bad that is is in the Amy Johnson area that bottlenecks 1000 cars into one tiny exit road and roundabout resulting in a one hour wait to get in or out because of poor city planning.

Wow this supermarket, is more super every time I visit, it stocks, loads of your staple, goodies in all varieties. The Fish monger counter, and the deli counterare a must place to visit, including the megga tasty salad take your pick, in cartons in different for whatever your appetite and budget is, are not to be missed. Along with the fresh meat section, and phenomenal tasty baked different bread cakes and pies are not to be missed, along with their speciality cheese counter. Phenomenal new and old lines of your favourite food, especially the mince pies, which I bought and absolutely adored they were that tastey. And the megga fantastic cafe with a massive menu for your full lunch or for tea or a brew and cake after your shopping before home. A megga fantastic place the cafe is I come here 4 to 5 times a week for my main meal and have something gorgeous every time. The cafe also does regular offers every so often all year round, especially megga offers like kids meals are only £1 or even free with 1 paying full adult meal megga deal for families in school holidays in the cost of living crisis we are living in. All year round the cafe 7 days a week is busy with families it's that good the food. What more can I say every thing under 1 roof, a huge brilliant...

Morrisons has excellent variety of goods and some decent value offers. Historically the staff have always been friendly. On the whole not the best value store in Blackpool.I have to say that I have only visited 3 or 4 times during lockdown as I find the layout of the store does not lend itself to safe distancing. The dedicated trolley aisle proved problematic tonight, the queue was long and people walked into the aisle via other aisles from the side, social distancing nightmare. Once directed by the friendly member of staff to join a queue I pointed out that if I moved as directed I would be in very close proximity to a shopper waiting to load his shopping onto a different checkout. The staff member moved the barrier to let me move safely. Having unloaded my shopping I was ready to pay & advised I needed to move back to use the switch machine, I explained I couldn't do that because I would then have been in very close proximity to the custmer next to me who was paying. I found the shopping experience harrowing and unsafe. Sadly,as already stated the layout of the store doesn't lend itself to safe social distancing and doesn't compare favourably to some other stores I have visited in...

UPDATE: The last time we went into this appaling store, we were refused a price check at the self check out. The assistant refused to help and told us to go to a manned till if we wanted to check a price. She stated that it was impossible to do a price check at a sel check out till and she refused to help. This was incorrect. Price checks can be done at Self Check Out tills, the assistant simply could not be bothered to help. This was reported to CS headquaters. This is the final time we will visit this store. Such rude and unfriendly staff.

Original Review Some of the ruddest staff we have encountered at any supermarket work here. The cashier was rude to the person in front of us and then was offended when the same customer was rude back. Customer service return, was hideous. We hadn't left the store, realised we had bought the wrong sort of rum and we were nastily refused an exchange.

On another occassion we bought the wrong meat. We took it back within 30 minutes of buying it. The Customer Service cashier was so rude to my wife, telling her that the meat would have to be thrown away and that was...
