Right before i start, this is the first time i have been to this shop and i was a bit sceptical reading some of these reviews before i went because im fed up getting rotten food but when i got there i seen that it had a sign saying under new management and after speaking to the owner he told me he took over the business 2 month ago and that the previous owner let the business go. So here goes with my review! Wow wow wow! Top quality of food everything is made fresh to order. I had the chips and cheese and donner with sauce my wife had the chicken tikka kebab and we had veg pakora firstly the portions are a decent size and there wasn't any skimping back on the food the kebab meat was nice and fresh, the chicken tikka was outstanding it is always freshly cooked the owner said and I can confirm its 5* it's tasty soft tender and has loads of flavour that will definitely be my next order and the veg pakora was lovely and fresh didn't fall apart and had a lovely wee spicy kick to it and the sauces were lovely and thick and tasty. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. I run my own business in the hospitality industry, so I understand how challenging it is to maintain quality and service these days. I usually don’t leave harsh reviews if the food is at least acceptable — but this experience was disappointing.

I requested extra chicken and was charged for it, but there was clearly no extra portion. The chicken that was served was rubbery and unpleasant to eat. I also ordered 10 poppadoms and specifically asked for them to be fresh and crispy, but they arrived soft, oily, and clearly not freshly fried. It also seemed like the oil used wasn’t fresh, which really affected the taste.
