First and last time order. Incorrect item delivered so called to advise, thinking they’d just sent the correct item and problem solved. Was told as it was their fault, they’d credit the missing item against our next order.. I said the missing item was fried rice which we ordered to accompany our main, so that wasn’t an acceptable solution. After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, was advised the entire order could be uplifted and refunded. Asked why they couldn’t just deliver the fried rice and was told i’d need to speak to a supervisor. Long and short; was told to leave the untouched incorrect item on doorstep (which we duly did) and they’d replace it with fried rice. No apology, no suggestion to keep the incorrect item for the inconvenience, no offer to refund the missing item. Just made to feel like we were being a nuisance, when we simply wanted the food we ordered.

I was looking forward to this on the 25th. I ate from here, once before. At least over a year ago, and the food was great. This time, terrible. Honestly.
Not enough chicken, nothing like it, in the Sweet And Sour Hong Kong style. Mostly just nearly raw onion and some peppers and about 3 bits of pineapple, in a really watery and mostly tasteless sauce.
Plus points where great service and timely. Also, the veggie spring roll portion size was great, even if it didn't come with any sauce to dip.
The price, for what the main was, in the end, was just not acceptable and the quality was well bad.
They are off my list of the foreseeable, and I just live around the corner. That's rather annoying.

I feel that the food is much better quality when you sit in the restaurant. With takeaways, there has been several times where I have ordered vegetarian food and they have sent food with meat in it. When contacted about this on phone, they either ask you to come back to get the correct item (however I am already home and too far away to travel back) or they just ignore your messages on Facebook.
