Jump Bristol is a fantastic spot for kids, and my nephew absolutely loves coming here! The wide variety of play equipment keeps him constantly entertained and active, especially the slide, which is always a big highlight. It’s a perfect place to burn off that youthful energy, and I have to admit it’s been a bit of a workout for me as well, chasing after him and helping me shed a few pounds in the process! The facility is very well-maintained, and I’m impressed by how clean they keep it, even when it’s busy. It’s clear the staff put a lot of effort into upkeep, which is really appreciated.
The staff are generally friendly and approachable, and they seem to genuinely enjoy interacting with the kids. However, I have noticed a few moments when they appeared a bit fatigued, likely from the nonstop pace and noise level. I imagine working in such a lively environment with children all day can be demanding, and it would be nice if they had extra support or breaks to help keep their energy up.
If there’s one area that could use improvement, it would be the food. While there’s a variety on offer, the prices feel a bit steep for what you actually get, and the quality could be better. For families looking to save, I’d suggest bringing your own packed lunch, which would probably make the day more affordable and enjoyable overall.
One major concern I have, however, is seeing other adults taking pictures of their kids. While this is completely understandable, sometimes other children end up in the background of these photos, which can feel a bit concerning in a public play space. It might be helpful if Jump Bristol considered a “no photo” policy in play areas to protect everyone’s privacy and ensure a safe environment for all kids.
All in all, Jump Bristol is a great day out and a wonderful spot to bring your kids for a fun, active experience. It’s a safe, clean, and entertaining environment where children can play and socialize happily. Just remember to pack some snacks, and you’re sure to have a...
Read moreTerrible for birthday parties! We hadn't been informed of the maximum capacity for the room when booking or when we added more children to the already overpopulated room days prior to the party, it appears they don't count under 2 years, I guess a high chair doesn't take any room up?? On the day we were overcharged which thankfully we noticed before we left. After being kept in a poor man's holding pen for unknown reasons we were given as standard a 'vip' table before the party but no one informed us until we had began the sit down meal that all our items at the table needed moving for the next party, meaning me and a few others missed the first ten minutes of the party as time was spent moving our belongings to a few tables dotted around. We then had to leave a member of the group to watch our bags. Upon complaining a 'manager' was sent to deal with our complaint I appreciate that they were quick to speak to us but ideally it would have been better to have waited until we had cut the cake, more time out of the room. Overall me and the rest of the parents felt let down especially with the just shy of £200 price tag. During me meeting with the 'manager' which couldn't offer refunds our opinions were heard and our complaint was passed off as miscommunication, we were given five single use free entry passes which I have given to the parents that missed the first ten minutes of the party, me and partner won't be coming to jump that many times even if free after the service we've experienced. Conveyer belt style atmosphere with staff that do try against everything to give you a good experience. Maybe if they were less cram you in, we would and others would return for future parties... Never booking a party again with jump especially with all the other alternatives out there like the play port, fuzzy eds, iplay, play zone, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for a party as our son will be only three once and what a let down it was...
Read moreOur recent visit to Jump Bristol was an absolute delight, offering a perfect blend of fun, affordability, and variety that left our little one beaming with joy. The preschool section is a vibrant world of imagination with slides, building blocks, and a soft play frame that captivates the younger ones. For the older kids there is a three-story soft play frame featuring four large slides and an array of climbing, crawling, and balancing challenges. It’s a safe and exhilarating adventure that encourages active play.
Adding to the fun, the small football court encased in soft frames and the large bouncy castle provide endless entertainment. It’s impressive how the space caters to a diverse range of interests and activities, ensuring that every child finds something they love. Not just for kids, Jump Bristol is nice for parents too. The abundance of seating areas allows for comfortable supervision, and the restaurant is great, offering a variety of food and drink options at amazing prices. It’s rare to find such quality at such reasonable rates. They also offer free lockers with key, as you come into the play area, to store your stuff safely.
Our two-hour session flew by in a blink, filled with laughter and excitement, a delightful experience.
