I have visited boost juice bar in Crips causeway. Staff is rude, manager unhelpful and they haven’t been honest when I ordered regular drinks for the kids I was surprised that gave me the small size. I have asked member of the staff if that’s correct the order as I usually have the same order for the kids the price is the same but the cup is smaller. He said yes it’s the same size for what I have order. In my next visit I ordered the same drinks again and I received the correct order. So I wanted to gave a feed back the manager unfortunately she Was unfriendly rude & rolling her eyes and talking to another member of the staff and shaking her head and pointing to our direction when she walked away. Which made me feel uncomfortable. She was unprofessional and unhelpful. For a 10 year old to notice her reaction & notice that she didn’t get what she paid for it’s not good and not leading by example. No apologies no refund offered or free drink to make it up for their mistake. Try to explain that to a child. Service is slow. Hope this...

The ordering facility is now automated but should you dare ask any member of staff a question you will be greeted with a fairly chilly response . The prices have increased and the time to get your drink has doubled ! Mostly the staff appear to be weighing the drinks and seeing how much more ice they need to add to make the cup full . When I asked if the ginger flavouring had been added ( after tasting it and not being able to get any ginger taste at all ) I was answered with a rather chilly YES, still didnt get the taste at the end of the drink , frankly a very expensive banana milk shake that I could have made at home for a tenth...
Read moreStaff need to have their point of service training checked. Ordered 2 smoothies and a straw, received only 1. After realising that the second wasn't being made, I went to order again (it was an honest mistake, I appreciate its hard to hear through perspex), however upon paying, I realised that the first time I must have been charged for double fruit despite both myself and my partner saying no, the lady obviously wasn't listening when we were ordering. I work in the industry and understand simole mistakes like this can easily happen, however repeating customer orders back to them will stop these small mistakes...
