I am leaving a review on here as Just Eat is not letting me. I ordered last night on Just Eat app and the progress status did not update, was showing as order confirmed and the delivery time at 33 minutes for a long time. For that reason, I cancelled my order. How was I to know they were actually on their way? I received a call and when I first answered, the person didn’t speak. He then called back to say he had arrived and when I answered the door, he said as I had cancelled the order it meant I was not charged, so would need to be paid in cash. I paid by bank transfer as I do not carry cash. I then noticed on my online banking I was charged on the app. I also received an email saying that if I was charged I would not get a refund. I called the man who delivered the order who said he would send me screenshot confirming I had not been charged. I am yet to receive this screenshot. One of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had. So disappointing. I never leave reviews but it was so bad I had to say something.

Waited forever for the delivery. Can of Diet Coke was missing from the bag. The garlic bread was completely stale. The kebab was super bland, no kick to it at all. It was also just sitting on top of the pitta bread instead of packed into it. Pizza was bad too.

I ordered a meal I asked for a chicken korma and a paneer dopazia when it arrived both were chicken, when I called back all they done was speak over the top of me and wasn't willing to listen to what was being said. There was no offer of changing the meal his explanation was it was a side that they put in with the chicken I have never had this problem before . For the cost of the meal there was added £5 charge . I certainly wouldn't advise any vegetarians to order food from here . My meal is now in the bin a total waste of money . I will not be ordering again and certainly wouldn't recommend this place .
