Morrisons — Local services in Great Britain

Unfortunately our trip was not great on this occasion, firstly we were charged for an extra item and although it was only 89p we were effectively given the response " well it was only 89p". secondly if you want carriers no longer will they put them out losely on the counter but you have to request every single time you need one. when my wife mentioned that it was not great to have to keep asking, thr reply was " well you should be able to fit your shopping in to two bags" bearing in mind it was a full shopping trolley coming to over...

I actually cannot say anything bad about this Morrisons because there is nothing bad to say about it. You can get everything in here, it’s massive and there is lots of things to be bought for good prices. It is quite busy some days but the staff are really helpful and understanding towards all customers. The quality of the food and drink there is also good and they recently added a coffee machine which makes it even more convenient to enjoy a hot drink. 9/10. Great big supermarket with lots...

A fantastic shop. Great staff always more than happy to help. There customer service is the best in the area. I couldn't recommend Morrisons at Alnwick more. I am editing this review on a resent trip to Morrison I encountered the new security guard. He has the manners of a sloth. He is a great example of someone with a Napoleon complex in modern day Alnwick. I am disappointed having to write this. But it doesn't take away from the rest of the outstanding staff that work at...
