KFC Stockton-on-Tees - Wellington Street — Restaurant in England

What can I say I'll never eat from hear again they should be shut down permanently not only do they steel from you and con you if you order a bucket you get no breast just legs 3 times I ordered online just got 14 legs every time ordered in store twice all legs again and food doesn't even task like KFC and is greedy and horrible not to mention the place is scummy as hell dirty filthy place gog knows what germs are on your food and filth this is the tipe of place you can guarantee spit on your food maby even worse as seen in my photos of the toilets are this kind of a state years of neglect what state is the rest of it in I will also be spending my complaints into the franchise head office for investigation as well as sending onto health and safety and food hygiene for health inspection to be carried out human excrement every where blood and all sorts toilet brushes look years old covered caped embedded with human excitement baby changing covered in filth the works it's diabolical that a restaurant is this ban my recommendation is runaway never eat hear go to another place plenty of decent health places to eat...

Love kfc but went the other week and they were very slow at serving. I’ve now received a parking fine because I was in over an hour for something that I can’t control. Rang kfc Stockton for there help to which they said I should have left before the hour or moved the car?! Sorry but having to wait half an hour to get served and for them to make our food and expecting two 1 year olds to eat their food and be able to change 3 children’s nappy’s before leaving or going to move the car to get back and the children’s food would be in the bin because I can’t leave my children in kfc. They’ve also told me they aren’t able to help because they can only clear 3 number plates a month and they aren’t willing to waste one on a customer because they save them for maintenance. Would definitely avoid if you want to eat in because you will have a parking fine by the time you actually get your food! So what would be around £20-£30 for a treat for the children is now costing £120-£130. Will definitely not be going back and don’t recommend to anyone. Go to Burger King...

Starting off with the Postives, the food is always finger licking good, sometimes cold but thats only happend once or twice. Its Clean. Some Staff are amazing and some staff are rude or just too childish. I've been to this KFC in stockton more than a few times throw out the year. Personally the staff are to set in there own way. Forgetting customer service is key, The Manger seems to be like a big kid himself, messing around with the staff in plan view. I heard one member of staff swearing underneath her breath what was loud enough to be heard, this is meant to be a Kids Restaurant, not a playgroud. Some seating areas are badly damaged. Staff on there mobile phones. I understand now they have JUST EAT Deliveries, the Staff or Drivers, they are continuously loud and joking around pulling furniture around. Its not somthing i want to watch while im eating my meal. I felt very uncomfortable and No longer will be attending this restaurant...
