What rude horrendous staff who don't value their business let alone their customers.

Dirty hygiene practices by touching their faces and mouths whilst dishing out the food.

Experienced a poor young woman and her child get sworn at because they touches the ketchup (there whete no signs to state they could not be touched). The staff and manager were incredibly unprofessional and agressive. It was heartbreaking to see a child experience that on what should be a nice sunny day at the beach.

Such a shame that I won't be supporting this local business. If you value what experience you have and the quality of what you pay for then I recommend you go else where.

I had a very disappointing experience at this takeaway shop. When we asked a simple question about the chip sizes, the woman behind the counter rudely pointed at the menu and abruptly told us there was only one size. Then, when we inquired about ice cream flavors, she dismissively said, “Sir, open your eyes and look at the menu. This place is very overpriced. Besides that the chips are terrible, flavourless and dry and I don't recommend. £3 for a tiny plate of flavourless chips are you kidding? I know businesses are going through it right now but at least provide customers with some quality. Also £3+ for an ice cream in a cone with a flake so imagine if you want to buy for the whole family.
