I came out on a Wednesday night for a night out at the student union, only to be refused twice due to a “drug” dog. They patted me down twice which was and didn’t hear me out at all, and ofcourse didn’t find anything on me through 2 body searches. I even asked for a full body search to prove my innocence. I understand the security have a job to carry out, but unjust treatment of students is a massive no-no; especially when in the first years of my degree, and when trying to meet new people. Day time includes a couple of places to eat, good place to study if you enjoy that sort of environment. Where you can get help etc if you need it from RUSU. Biggest issue is the horrendous smell of Pearl's bubble tea which hits you as you walk in.

First you have to pay 5 pounds to enter the party after standing in the que outside in the rain for 30 minutes. After you're finally in and ready to put your jacket in the wardrobe you'll have to wait another 45 minutes only to be told at the and of the cue that they are not taking any more jackets.
