A frustrating but ultimately good experience.

I telephoned Seasalt's customer services when my order hadn't arrived within four days. When I asked where it was, I was told it hadn't left them yet. Somewhat furious with this answer, I offered to pay for next day delivery as I needed it for the following day. Alas, "their system doesn't allow it". I even tried to cancel my order there and then but again, "their system doesn't allow it".

Then, after a sequence of raging Facebook messages, a sharp and helpful woman called Sophie telephoned me. Within 15 minutes she had arranged for the order to arrive by 10am the following day.

So, frustrating but ultimately rewarding!

Really helpful staff! We recently visited the Falmouth store and an item we wanted wasn't available and even though it showed out of stock on the website, the staff managed to find some stock online and arranged free delivery to our home! This is my wife's favourite clothing shop in Falmouth and I can see why. They stock a nice range of clothes (mainly for women but with some stock for men) and the styles are attractive.
