Bought a gold chain a 8 weeks ago was sent out quick enough but unfortunately it did suit me was a different style to which I’m used to / prefer . Alls good contacted them via the WhatsApp and email waited 3 days for a reply eventually got back to me and was referred to yet another WhatsApp number for ‘customer service’ which was more than likely the same person only on a different phone messed me about that much I was considering getting a flight over and dealing with it face to face. I initially wanted to exchange my purchase for a different chain but they messed me about that much I just wanted a refund and go elsewhere eventually got the ball rolling only to be told my money (which was £3400) would be added to this account as (store credit) ie.loophole in they’re returns policy 7 days to return or no refund unless item was damaged which 1 of the links was bent when I received it but anyway I basically had to choose a different chain and the rest I was going to buy bullion bars only to be told (you can’t purchase investment items such as gold bullion or coins with store credit) absolute nonsense they are nothing more than thieves and use they’re social media to reel people in with the illusion they are all about helping out customers when in reality they’re amateurs trying to rip people off left right and centre I am now stuck with 2 gold chains 1 of which I thought was decent enough but they advertised it as a 22” chain they sent a 20” just crooked the whole way through the process if your reading this please do not buy from these people their customer skills are terrible and their online process is even worse virtually nonexistent CBE stores you are a joke zero stars if it would let me rate you truthfully Date of...

Disappointed.

After liasing with local stores in my area, I thought Id reach out to cbe stores as I have seen then a few times on social media

This lead to me sending my Louis Vuitton bag to them for a valuation. To my surpise, I was informed over the phone about a week later that the bag was “day and night fake” and that it had been checked by a “Penzance bag specialist”...? The way this was worded was fairly insulting itself. Expecially as the bag was purchased from LV in Newyork about 10 years ago.

Never the less, the bag was sent back to me with no issues.

Being certain this bag was not a fake, and rather frustrated I had been told it is a fake. I then went to a few established & well known designer retailers.. Such as Farfetch, the handbag clinic and Selfridges. The outcome from all was that it was genuine, and there was absolutley no concerns regarding the authenticity.

Farfetch offered us the most money, and subsequently we ended up selling it to them. Who, once again are a well known establishment with a rigorous authenticity process…
