Sellfish — Local services in Great Britain

Really disappointed. We've been regular customers of Sellfish for some time however tonight we placed an order on their website at 6.28pm, due to be delivered at 7.13pm.

After waiting until just before 8.00pm there was still no food.

Tried to call the restaurant probably around 10 times with no answer, either just ringing or busy tone. So my partner had to pop out and grab something else. Luckily we opted to pay cash on delivery.

After we'd finished this at around 8.20 the driver arrived with the food 🤦🏻‍♀️

Driver was friendly and totally not his fault but we had to refuse the delivery.

It's a shame as the food is usually good and delivered promptly but we won't be using again after this experience and complete lack of communication. If they would have called or let us know we could have sorted...

I’m really disappointed with the service from SellFish. I didn’t receive my order, and it was clearly delivered to the wrong address. I was sitting right near the door — no one knocked, and the doorbell never rang. When I called, instead of trying to help resolve the issue, the staff chose to argue with me.

As a regular customer, I expected better. It’s disgusting how unprofessional the response was. When people spend their hard-earned money, they deserve respect and proper customer service. I won’t be ordering from SellFish again and definitely won’t be recommending...

Absolutely shocking! Went to takeaway in selfish I don't know how they have a food hygiene rating of 4 from what I saw it barely deserves a 1 The lady had gloves on handled money, touched the fuse box and went for a cigarette with the gloves on and came back in breathing the cigarette smoke and touched food all with the same gloves on all while the cook didn't wear any gloves also touched the fuse box no washing of hands what so ever so asked for our money back and left Absolutely disgraceful will...
