I recently dined here , and unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer care was not a priority.

Firstly, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence or offered to seat us, despite having a reservation. When we were finally shown to our table, it took another 15 minutes before a server came to take our drink orders. The restaurant was not particularly busy, so there was no excuse for the delay.

The server seemed disinterested and inattentive, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Our food orders were mixed up, and one dish arrived cold. When we brought this to the server’s attention, we were met with indifference and no apology. It took another 20 minutes to get the correct dish, by which time the rest of our party had finished eating.

Throughout the meal, we had to flag down staff multiple times for basic requests like refills and additional cutlery. The overall lack of attention and courtesy was astonishing. To top it off, when we received the bill, there were several errors, which took another frustrating amount of time to resolve.

Overall, the poor service at overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and...

We ordered tonight for the first time and was blown away by the exceptional high quality of food, packaging and service.

Hands down, the cleanest, leanest takeaway , tasty , fresh ingredients, not at all fatty, greasy or salty, all made fresh on site, to order, such high end.

We had chicken, rice, salad and burgers tonight, all absolutely delicious. My husband and I shared the whole chicken, 4 wings and strips, plus 2 sides meal, wow so tender, flavoursome and moreish. Our children had the kids burger meals, out of this world delicious meat, in a toasted brioche bun with cheese and salad, bith myself and my husband had to have a try, well we're going to try the burger menu on next visit as we was blown away , delicious!!!

As a very rare treat we ordered the chocolate nut crepes, ongosh out of this world, so light, fluffy, tasty, not at all greasy and soo satisfying, again we'll definitely be having them again.

Hands down the best halal fast food place in southend. Finding quality halal food within southend is a big struggle and I tried this restaurant without much expectations. Well I was blown away to say the least. The burgers were soooo succelent juicy and most importantly FRESH!!!! And my favourite the pizza I have never in my life had such good quality pizza. It was so so good. If you are considering this place pleaseee go and definitely try the asian pizza its perfectly crispy cheesy and flaky. Soooo good. And the staff are extremely friendly and even gave us a free kinder milkshake which was super thick and chocolatey. Overall this restaurant is a must go especially for the Muslims in southend who find it very difficult to find up to notch fast food. Guys please please go it is honestly the best.
