What an amazing weekend supported by Ben and his amazing staff.As a formal Royal Air Force Chef of 10 years this is the first time I have handed the responsibility to caterers for my annual Christmas family get together. Being extremely picky I ask Ben to put together a finger Buffet and Full Dinner sit down.I gave a small brief but let Ben to go with the flow and put full trust in him.Well we wasn’t disappointed nothing was standard and the flavors were better than any of the top restaurants in London that I have experienced.I asked for it to feel casual and that I wanted the staff to blend in which they did even wearing at my request Christmas jumpers.I rarely recommend caterers as everyone has different opinions but I can say you can put your trust in Ben and his team it was truly exceptional. I came across Ben's website while searching for a caterer for our private wedding reception. I asked for a quick chat & Ben called my mobile to discuss the food options for the wedding. Ben sent us a menu and gave us alternative options for fussy eaters and for a coeliac guest. We pre-ordered a 3-course meal for 11 guests for 5:30PM and Ben's wife Ellie delivered it to Narbeth. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, everyone chose something different but we all sat down and had dinner together at the table. I selected the fishcakes, risotto and cheesecake and they were all delicious! The heating instructions were easy to follow and Ellie was so helpful. Ben & Ellie catered our wedding of 106 guests! We cannot fault the experience at all, from the initial meetings to discuss what we wanted, to us changing numbers and ideas, Ben was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble! The food was 10/10, the guests couldn’t fault it and we received compliments all day and the following days about the food! The service from the waitresses was amazing and it wasn’t an easy job as the wedding was outdoors in a marquee! I really can’t rave about the box enough!
