The Mill Grill House — Local services in Great Britain

As others have said, the staff attitude is not great but the food is nice. We literally ordered from this place 4 or 5 times a week but we don't keep any cash so always paid online and unfortunately didn't have any change to tip. The delivery drivers become increasingly 'off' despite us been 5 mins away from the take away. Final straw was one making a comment as he walked back to his car which my daughter heard from her room as he window was open. This was about 2 weeks ago. We thought maybe they'd notice the sudden drop in our orders and call to ask if everything was OK but nothing. They appear to be quite popular and this means they really don't care about customer experience. At all. A real shame as we did enjoy using this place but we have changed to another take away now. Keep treating your customers poorly and they'll leave....

We’ve ordered from here in the past, always been fab food however when we ordered this weekend food was fine, very nice however within the next 24 hours 4/5 of us have what only can be food poisoning, sick, stomach cramps, I’m sure you can imagine the rest! The 4 of us who have these symptoms ordered box meals 1&2, the only one who doesn’t have this is absolutely fine following not having a box meal but a pizza instead. I’m not sure what caused this exactly but won’t be eating...

Fantastic! Oddly, I'm not a huge pizza fan, most places are either too tight with toppings, provide thick bases, or just lack va va voom. Not The Mill Grill House, the pizzas are absolutely perfect (from my perspective), and the chips are amazing too, very Hull, and by crikey, they're seasoned, but so so moreish.
