STAY AWAY! The service I have received has been shambolic. I wouldn't even give it 1 star but I had to give it a star to post this review. I have given the company time to get back to me but nothing. My wife booked the dinosaur soft play for my sons first birthday. We had access to the hall from 11 with the party taking place between 12 and 2. The soft play arrived at 12.45. Also the soft play was dirty, disgusting and clearly old and not worth the price paid. Nobody answered the phones and when I finally got through to someone I was told 'it is here now so just go and enjoy the party' with no apology. After the party I tried to contact them but was told I am breaking 'data protection law' because my wife made the booking with is rubbish and ignorant. Three family members have tried to contact. The woman has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. In the end my wife was offered a £20 credit with the company which is to be used in 6 months which is ridiculous and insulting considering I'll never be booking with them again. I repeat go nowhere near this company

Update, just off the phone to the company to repsond to their reply. I was told 'i need help' and was shouted at aggresively before she hung up the phone. Still no response to my wifes email or facebook message. The reply below is innacurate at no point was i aggresive or shouted at the delivery driver, why would i be aggresive at my sons first birthday. All that is happening is that she is trying to put the blame back on me. There are many inaccuracies to her reply that i do not have time to go through and hence why i tried to call. I repeat again DO NOT BOOK...

Since my last review has been deleted I will review again and again anywhere n everywhere until I get a refund or this place is out of business .michelle estall summers of wee taits is a scammer she scammed me out of a 700 pound party for my 10 year old son yesterday. Sent me the full details since June 23 when it was booked arrived to half of which wasn't there she then lies n lies saying things aren't included I have all the details saved . How she can do this to children is sickening DO NOT BOOK here she will take your money and then not provide what u have paid for to then offer you a voucher because she never provided what I paid for . She will then block you from her social media once she is called out there is 100s of bad reviews regarding her and her sham business she is doing this to everyone and keeps getting away with it her reputation is bad . Her staff is her family who try and cause trouble with guests. Her warehouse is not fit for anyone freezing is not the word for with 2 tiny heaters in a corner which I have photos of . STAY AWAY FROM HERE .I have reported her today to trading standards and health and safety and have also had feedback from my local councillor who is assisting me . She is a scammer DONT BOOK .how she sleeps at night is beyond me .destroying little kids...

No option to do a zero star ! Do not use ! Had an absolute ordeal dealing with the company . Hired a marque for my sons birthday party and paid £500, this was delivered without plastic flooring which was required, was told once it was erected that it was infact matting that I was getting as the plastic flooring had gone to someone else, the plastic flooring was rented out to someone else in between my enquiry and me actually booking, this was not pointed out to me and I went ahead with the booking and paid.

The marquee itself was horrendous, stained, rusty, water damaged, mossy …. Was fit for the bin. Nothing like the marquees advertised in their silica media. Pictures attached.

Hired 20 chairs which looked like they were taken from a tip, wonky, damaged, covered in cobweb, and spiders. Pictures attached.

Owner has no interest in taking any responsibility for this and thinks this acceptable to deliver goods in this condition for parties leaving us in total dismay at how this can be allowed.

She responded to all my messaged very promptly with the attitude of tough, you don’t like it lump it … telling me her customer service is good because she’s replied to me … no care, no compassion, unfortunately I had paid up front . She had my money and I can do nothing about it...
