Windermere Lake Holidays — Local services in Great Britain

We stayed in the apartment Mereside, which has private parking just outside. Check in was by lock box and there are 2 small flights of stairs on entering, for us was o problem. We are a family of 4 (2 teenage boys) and the apartment was spacious, decorated to a high standard and very clean. Beds were comfortable, showers were great, and it was so peaceful at night. The balcony was amazing, it's huge with furniture and views that you will lose hours too! Over looking windermere at the marina full of boats. The kitchen was stunning and well equipped. The nab ferry port just on your doorstep, and a short 7-10min walk into the village for restaurants, bars, mini golf, boat hire, cruises, arcades,shops.||Would definitely recommend here and will...

I’ve had the pleasure of staying here several times, in both of the larger apartments, and each visit has been exceptional. The location is truly unique, offering breathtaking, uninterrupted views of Lake Windermere thanks to its elevated position. What makes it even more special is the rare combination of lakeside scenery with the convenience of being within walking distance of the town and its restaurants.

The apartments themselves are immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, with high-quality bedding that guarantees a restful night’s sleep.
