I'am so happy with the service I've received from Harrington Brookshaw - they've been so communicative and helpful.

My wedding and engagement rings were too tight before we went into lockdown - well unfortunately, lockdown wasn't kind and it got to the point where I was in pain and my husband had to cut them off. Obviously we were devastated to do this, but I contacted the guys at Harrington Brookshaw who were so reassuring, friendly and knowledgable. They advised me to wait a while for my fingers to recover and when we eventually were able to visit the store, Paul was amazing. He was friendly and took his time to ensure that we had the right size. I was called with a quote for resizing within 48 hours and my rings were back within 2 weeks (there was a slight delay because of holidays at the workshop but I was kept informed at all times and my rings were back only 2 days later than I had orginally been told to expect them).

And what a fabulous job they've done. My rings look how they did when I first put them on! I cannot see any hint of a join and both bands look shiny and new. The diamond has been cleaned and is so sparkly. They fit perfectly. I'm absolutely thrilled!

I/ we have probably made 5 or 6 purchases from Harrington Brookshaws; my first introduction was when I purchased a Bremont watch some years ago. Bremont watches, produced by an English company had caught my attention and as a watch enthusiastic I naturally was interested in a new English company. That watch has served well, and is now my daily wear. Other purchases by my wife have included a bespoke diamond ring, a necklace, bespoke diamond earrings and numerous alterations.

We live in Wiltshire but if jewellery or watches come to mind our first port of call is to Andrew and Paul, and we've never had cause to look further.

I recently purchased a JLC Reverso classic watch which they were able to source for me, even though the model had been out of production for many many years ! This jewellers store offers the personal touch and stands head & shoulders above their competitors.....

Harrington Brookshaw deserve every little bit of their 5 stars. I went searching from Guildford to Hatton Gardens looking for the perfect ring for my then girlfriend, now fiance. HB were simply superb and best by a country mile. They really knew their stuff and I felt they cut through the bs, which meant I could really trust them.

Their customer service was first class. I had a personalised service from Andrew and he was willing to bend over backwards to help me get the ring I wanted (fiance had very specific taste). Nothing was too much for them, and he was always quick to respond to emails, whatever the day or hour. He was also keen for me to collect the ring whilst he was in store - he really wanted to hand it over to me in person and showed a real care for his client.
