Tunsgate quatar is a multi story clean fresh faced shopping center.
However. Its management staff are rude. Its filled with pretentious, over expensive air such as the £90 or £225 a month gym membership..... or if youd prefer an 'in style' sofa for just a casual £4000 all sold by obscure wannabe brands.
The old tunsgate used to have a balance of well known good expensive brands along with some lesser known slightly cheaper brands too. This place looks like a lamb whos been led to slaughter because of the promise of good money. No shop inside the quarter actually holds any significant or price deservant product its all just overpriced and overevaluated nonsense.
The main reason for this review is due to a particular 'manager' of the centre who i met while parking up. I had misparked, thats on me, but this fellow reversed nice and loud with his backfiring exhausts into a space near me then got out and simply said 'you shouldnt be here youre not a manager im a manager this is for managers only'. There was no 'Hello' or 'sorry bud but these spaces are for the tunsgate management team, the spots you want are over there' that would have beem fine. But no he decided lets just be agressive from the start thats a good idea.
When i suggested that perhaps some signs to help everyone would be a good idea he then said in the same brash tone 'why put up signs. Its private land. We can do what we want' Before speedily running off before i could counter that blatant lie. I moved my car into the correct space after but he was rude, obnoxious and clearly very happy to just lie to get out of a conversation he didnt want to have. None of this shows good customer service skills and especially not good manager material.
Overall Lovely center Bad shops Bad staff

Read moreUnfortunately my first impressions was disappointing. There was no sign on the lift to say it was not working, so stood for a while and another not impressed person passed by and told me it was not operational. I was told By staff who another person called out to on the steps as they realised I was wondering how to get down to the next level as i use crutches. Instead of the staff coming up to see me he shouted that I would need to go back outside on to the main road and go in through the entrance by Clarks. Done! Finally on the ground floor the awful racket (too loud) which were a group of girls singing sent me straight in to the nearest store and made a comment to the staff who said quite a few people have done the same. I left the Tunsgate, it was a bit effort and a total...

There was a Cath Kidston and a place called Cosy Club which looked interesting and like it needed further...
