Ordered from here for the first (and last) time via chef online, recieved an order confirmation email, food was supposed to be here at 9. 930 and no sign of food, so rang them up. "you should have ordered through us, you'd have it by now. We don't use chef online since 6 o clock (whatever that means) try contact them they'll give you a refund" Really helpful that mate!
