We have eaten here before on several occasions but unfortunately this place has gone a bit down hill in the last few months, the staff are good but of limited numbers which have resulted in poor service. We ordered food as before but we were forgotten and we waited 45 plus minutes before it was noticed, eventually when it meal arrived it was the wrong item, I reluctantly accepted it but the food was almost cremated and oil laden. I originally ordered the sausage and mash, I got burnt sausages, snotty egg and greasy chips. The food was abandoned and we left. We wanted coke in a bottle, the waitress brought us coke from the mixer in glasses stating that she cannot bring bottles outside, while standing next to the customer drinking his bottled Corona beer. At least we wanted straws, hoping they would be wrapped or in a napkin, but unfortunately they were in the bare hands of the waitress with dirty nails. The food tasted weird, definitely not fresh. If that's the Front of house service, I don't want to know what's happening in the...
