Danny's — Local services in Liverpool

First of all, love Danny’s. My family always opts for Danny’s, very reliable and very good when I have requests on order notes. Delivery efficiency is okay, I have only ever used delivery apps when getting Danny’s. 99% of the time their food is good quality and exactly what I need when I’m craving a chicken burger. Only thing I could critic on usually is the really small amount of sauce they put on your burgers. I usually have to add more from the fridge. But everything else is great. Love the fries that come with the burgers!

However, yesterday my sister ordered Danny’s as I was craving it after having a hospital procedure which required me to fast, and unfortunately it didn’t hit the spot like it usually does. I don’t know if it was a one off but safe to say I was let down. I asked for salad and garlic mayo on my burger, I don’t think I received any garlic mayo and I had no lettuce, a little bit of cucumber and a tiny bit of tomato. The chicken burgers are usually lovely and crispy but they were quite soggy. I’m not sure if they were just having an off day as they are usually pretty good but it was a let down for sure.

This experience won’t stop me from going to Danny’s again. Hopefully it was just a one off because I definitely recommend this food place for a good...

Ordered from here yesterday on justeat, i ordered spicy chicken winds which want spicy at all, 4 lots of fries, a 12inch margarita pizza and a tray of salad, the food came freezing cold, the salad was old and everything had a taste of disinfectant, I rang the restaurant and explained the situation their reply was I'd send you another pizza i stated I didn't want another pizza and that I'd like the food collected and I'd like a refund, the man told me I'd have to contact justeat for a refund! I done this straight away to which justeat has stated I needed to send photo evidence in order to get a refund i replied to just eat stating i didn't think to take pictures because a picture can't show food being cold and having a taste of disinfectant to which they replied i can't have a refund! I am absolutely fuming as I'd spent over £26 on food that wasn't edible and I wasn't going to allow my children to eat food that tasted like disinfectant! I'd not want my kids getting sick! I will never ever order from this place ever again and I won't be using justeat ever...

Food was lovely but I ordered a mixed donner and chicken kebab because I just felt like some donner meat but chickens my fave so I thought I would order a mixed so I get both but when I opened it, there was only chicken and no donner meat so that was disappointing.
