Anfield Cafe — Restaurant in Liverpool

4 of us went in for breakfast and it was very busy we sat down and ordered there was a queue forming for takeaway and overhead the cook(didn’t get her name) say it’s gonna be about 25minute wait for food as they were busy, so we decided to cancel our order as we had a stadium tour booked and wouldn’t make it and said we would come back after and eat, the cook said that she would stay open for us and even offered us free drinks to take with us (we declined), and true to her words she stayed open and the brekkie was well worth the wait. Stopped by for breakfast on 8th June after reading reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food & prices were so good! First time in Liverpool and this was the best food we had in 4 days (we were eating in the big named fast food places most of the time). The moral of that story is eat local and get great food. Moved to Anfield recently and thought I'd check out the cafe right outside so went in today and.... I was definitely not disappointed, great quality food, cooked to a great standard, freindly welcoming staff and really reasonable prices, I would definitely go again, my recommendation...try the belly buster, my reaction when I saw it " now that's a breakfast" the other reviewers werent wrong, it was lush so would definitely recommend Anfield cafe...
