I went in to get some foundation for my skin, ( I have uneven skin tone). The girl I encountered first was very nice and patient and showed me different shades and products that were good for my skin. However as I wanted the makeup service, Hannah came in and helped me. Hannah was very patient, and we tried so many shades, we kept wiping off and putting it again. She never looked bothered or annoyed by how many times we had to do my make up. She was truly amazing!!!! It hard getting a good foundation but itās harder to get such a good customer service. I ended buying all the products that she used on me, blush, foundation, colour corrector, bronze, concealer and lipstick. These are all the products I have bought: Merit(Blush balm, bronze) Milk( foundation) Sephora ( concealer, colour corrector, and lipstick)
I also want to thank Sonia ( rep from Milk) she guessed my colour for me just by looking at me. There was another girl that was so helpful, I unfortunately couldnāt get her name. Thank you very...

Everywhere I went, a security guard was in close proximity which made me feel uncomfortable and ruined my shopping experience. I felt judged and made to feel like I did not belong in the store. FGH Security were friendly and approachable outside the store.
I experienced age discrimination from staff. Staff member with blonde hair on the Dr. Jart counter looking away when I was talking as if she would rather be somewhere else instead of helping me. Staff on skincare making assumptions on what I can afford. Cashier with black hair assuming I was a Mrs due to my appearance. No way to treat your customers. Do not judge your customers and treat everyone who walks through your doors with respect. Treat people the way you would like to be treated. I will be taking my custom elsewhere. I do not recommend Sephora...

I discovered "Commodity" fragrances during a holiday in Las Vegas, so when I popped into the store and saw it on sale for the first time in the UK, I was beyond excited. Nicole matched my enthusiasm, and we had a brilliant chat about fragrances. Her knowledge was impressive, and her genuine passion made the experience so refreshingāno pushy sales tactics, no judgment, just a truly delightful conversation. Nicoleās warmth and expertise make her a standout, and in my opinion, sheād be a perfect brand ambassador for Commodity. This store is lucky to have her, and Iāll definitely be back!
