This place is amazing. I would go all the way to Liverpool just to visit Cavern Club. Very well entertained. I was blown away looking at the collection of all musical memorabilia. You can ofcause buy some products. I went on a Sunday night and didn't think this place can be this busy. Cavern Club gets the first place out of all such clubs I have visited and no wonder they claim to be the world's #1😀. If you are a Beatles fan, don't think twice, just make it. They didn't have food when I checked yesterday. They have a very good selection of beers, ciders and hard liquor. You need to buy a ticket at the entrance. Cost is about 5 GBP - 7 GBP. Money well with the spend. Then you got to take stairs down under ground. I think it's about two floors down before you get to the Club Floor. Plenty of seating space on the wings, yet most ppl including me wished to keep standing and dancing to the beautiful tunes. They do have many bands playing during the day. Yesterday the 9:15 solo band didn't start till 10:30 pm, which many ppl were not happy about and walked off sadly. I hope that's just one off. I spoke to many ppl and they all are from different parts of the world visiting Cavern Club. I leaned Beatles performed at this place when they started as young musicians. Many more worlds leading musicians have performed at this location. Pls note there are many "Cavern" named pubs and bars in the location. Make sure to look for Cavern Club. I should say the toilet was amazing. The guy inside and cleaning is the best. He has got some good news and jokes for everyone who gets in. It kept me going and was an experience to go to the toilet lol. I don't know about the Ladies, hope one will let us know 😄, Enjoy the Cavern Club. I will definitely get there again. Loved it.

The Cavern Club in Liverpool is a must-see for any Beatles fan. It's the place where the Fab Four played hundreds of gigs in their early career, and it still retains its intimate and atmospheric vibe today. Admission is £5, and you'll need to pay this once, even if you want to visit multiple venues under the Cavern Club umbrella (including the Cavern Pub and the Cavern Live Lounge). Once you've paid your entrance fee, you'll descend two flights of stairs to find yourself in a bustling hive of activity. There are multiple pubs, plenty of sitting areas, and decorations everywhere to remind you of the Cavern's rich musical history. There's always live music playing, and the atmosphere is electric. Whether you're a fan of Beatles covers or just want to soak up the atmosphere, you're sure to have a great time. Here are some of the pros and cons of the Cavern Club: **Pros:** * Intimate and atmospheric venue * Live music every day * Plenty of sitting areas * Rich musical history * Beatles fans will love it **Cons:** * Admission fee * Can be crowded, especially on weekends * Drinks can be expensive Overall, the Cavern Club is a great place to visit for any Beatles fan or anyone who loves live music. It's a unique and atmospheric venue with a lot to offer. I would recommend visiting on a weekday if possible, as it can be very crowded on weekends. It's also worth checking the website in advance to see who's playing, as there are often some great tribute bands performing.

Visited in the afternoon while exploring the Cavern Quarter, and thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent here. You go down a lot of stairs to reach this dimly lit and vaulted cellar, its walls and arches covered with the signatures of countless visitors (there's a lift if you can't manage the stairs, just ask the staff at the entrance). At the bottom, I paid an admission fee of £5. The place was packed with people of all ages, including families with children. There are tables and stools all around the club, but it was standing room only! A good soloist was performing some of the best Beatles hits and also the music of other 1960's bands. Great vibrant atmosphere. Got a real sense of what it would have been like all those years ago when the Beatles were performing here. The glass cases full of posters, musical instruments and memorabilia were interesting to look at. There's a bar where you can get beer, wine, cocktails named after the Fab Four, and other drinks (bought a lager and lime for £2.80). You can buy all kinds of souvenirs too, ranging from T-shirts and John Lennon glasses to guitar accessories and CD's, but some of it is pricey. It's worth a nostalgic visit to this iconic club if you're in Liverpool.

First Time in Liverpool and of course as a music lover and musician myself, I needed to check this place out. With fuzzy heads and a the night before us we decided to have this stunning place as a half way point on our night. As we entered to a £5 entry (very cheap, but I am comparing to London prices) we started to decend into a dark staircase. Music starting to become louder and louder we followed down until we was met by an entrance into the famous Cavern Club. The place is filled with memories and memorabilia from live music held between the walls of the club. From Beatles to The Who your eyes are kept busy with guitars and merch. As a music lover this was great as it wasn't just a great conversation starter but a great look into the whole history of the Club. Pints are cheap and dance even cheaper as the whole place was filled with live music from the front. Live band after live band played to a great crowd which I always love to see. Ever have I played rooms of 10 people but here it seemed everyone was enjoying the sounds. As the night drew on and minds cloudy we left knowing we've just had a great night within the Club. Will 100% be visiting again!!! Thanks for having us. 10/10

I wasn't sure what to expect with the Cavern Club. Would it be cheesy? Would it be a rip off? I'm pleased to say it was neither and was an absolute thrill to go to. There are two stages and two rooms for bands to play. They're not always playing Beatles music, but the bands are really good. Daytime entrance was about £6 and you can stay as long as you like, no one is pushing you to buy drinks- I think for a couple of more pounds you can also buy a ticket that lets you leave the venue and return as many times as you like (in a day) The best bit about it, are all the cases around the club with signed memorabilia, in itself it's like a museum. The clientelle are a mixed bag of all ages, which was lovely. Die hard Cavern Club fans will know that the real Cavern club was just next door - so go check out The entrance (although there isn't THAT much to see) the stage in the main room is really the original main stage that the beatles played on in the original club though!

How could you “do Liverpool” and not visit the Cavern Club?! It’s an absolute must. We booked in advance to see the Beatles tribute band/show which takes place in another part of club which you can only gain access to if you have tickets. It was a good show by all means, and the fella who plays Lennon is remarkable, to the point where if you saw him in the street (in costume) you’d think you’ve time travelled. Next time I visit I’ll stick to the main club as the sets were fantastic, some really talented Liverpudlian fellas with a great atmosphere. Just be aware it’s a long way down flights of stairs (& back up again..!) plus if you’re claustrophobic you may have an issue. Also be aware that Mathew Street can get very busy and rowdy, particularly as the evening marches on…. so if you think you may struggle in that environment I’d recommend considering a daytime visit instead. It’s a great venue however, with stacks of history together with great live music!
