Not bad, but definitely overrated. Been here countless times, as well as other Five Guys locations. They’re all relatively consistent with good quality ingredients, fast service and pretty decent and helpful staff, this one being no exception. Good size restaurant with plenty of seating, especially upstairs. As for the food itself, tastes amazing the first few times but then after that you see past it and realise you’re paying like £30 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks and 1 large fries, as good as they are it’s still fast food and hardly a proper restaurant experience. I will say the burgers are always cooked and assembled perfectly. The fries portions are always very generous, 1 large would be enough for 3 people. Drinks machine is good, a million different flavour combinations to try when they’re all working, free refills too of course. Overall it’s worth going if you’ve never been but not completely worth the price.

The food was really good. Portions are really big - the "regular" burgers have 2 large patties and the "little" burgers get 1 large patty (it's not small like a McDonald's cheeseburger patty) - all salad toppings are free. The chips get packed into a cup, plus an extra scoop at the bottom of the bag I love how even though it's a big chain it's still run like a small independent burger shop. The menu is kept really simple & basic. Classic diner interior, burgers are just wrapped in foil with no branding - adds a bit to the experience The only possible downside is it is quite expensive considering it's fast food (no plates, you order at a till & collect your own food). 2 regular burgers, 1 large fries shared, and 2 refillable drinks was nearly £30 Overall I would say it's definitely worth a try, and nice as a treat. The food was good, but wouldn't say it is amazing value. Still 5 star

First time trying five guys after it’s magnificent reputation throughout the world . The restaurant interior was excellent , it was an all American vibe , yet quite simple and enjoyable. . The food was elite .. some god level stuff . One of the top 5 burgers of my life . It was juicy and crispy at the same time . The bun was very soft and all the fillings were very complimentary to the overall flavour . The service was excellent ! Staff were very polite and the waiting times weren’t too bad either . However very expensive for just a burger … worth it tho . Food : 9/10 Service FOH : 9/10 Waiting times : 8/10 Restaurant environment: 8/10 Cleanliness : 7/10 Price : 5/10 Overall score : 8.5 Definelty recommend to come here .

It took 20 minutes for my order to be made. My friends who ordered before me had got their orders and ate their food before I even got mine. It took so long that I did not have enough time to eat my food and I had to leave it on the table, as my car parking was due. I wasted £16.30. There was only 1 staff member making burgers and fries, and 1 staff member making milkshakes. The staff member making the burgers and fries kept on getting distracted and then spent too much time trying to get a pigeon out of the restaurant. I was really disappointed that I wasted so much money and I will not be visiting again because it takes too long to get your food. You do not wait this long at McDonald’s or KFC and they are half the price as what you charge. It also took a further 5 minutes to find someone to give me my bottle of water I ordered because the man making the burgers and fries was too busy to open the fridge. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also concerning. I would give you 0 stars if that...
