Unfortunately Iāve had a really awful experience with Amaia Kids. The clothes are very nice but their customer service is appalling. Beyond selling you their clothes they simply donāt want to know if thereās an issue. I bought 2 Christmas dresses and washed them once following the washing instructions on the label. Post wash the material was ruined as per the pictures and the dresses canāt be worn again (unless happy to look very tatty). I emailed Amaia customer services to let them know as the dresses were expensive and I would expect to get more than one wear out of them and had to chase for a response several times. The owner eventually responded and sent an accusatory email suggesting Iād forgotten that Iād tumbled dried the dresses which of course I had not. There was no apology, any acceptance of responsibility, just an email putting the blame on me. I sent an email back explaining that I had followed their washing instructions accordingly and Iāve been ignored ever since. Absolutely appalling. Itās now over 4 weeks and still waiting. Have sent several emails and they donāt seem to know whatās happened to the original order and promised I would have it last week, now itās this week!    Read moreVery disappointed with the service from Amaia - accidentally purchased twice and when I tried to get in touch via phone/email I received nothing back for weeks so ended up with 2 x same items and fighting for a refund. Emails are also answered in an unprofessional manner which is disappointing and what really shocks me about Amaia Kids is the delivery - website claims they charge £4.50 for delivery via FedEx however a face mask I ordered turned up in an envelope with a Royal Mail stamp which I'm sure cost less than £2.
