First time visiting this particular branch ( I naturally had high expectations due to the service and selection in the white city branch) and I was extremely satisfied with both the selection of books and service from the staff. I went in unsure of what I wanted to purchase and the lovely member of staff approached me and recommended several books which she thought I would like. I ended up going for two suggested and having started one already I'm really pleased with her recommendation. Super friendly staff and a real massive store with a downstairs too.
