!!Stay clear of MICHELLE and MARIA Worst customer service in my life!! ||MICHELLE was a severely unhelpful, untrustworthy and nasty piece of work.||MARIA was condescending, self centred and unbelievably passive aggressive in her emails.||You go to these people to seek help as the paying customer but are met with 2 of the worst pieces of service you could find, it’s laughable people like this get into these positions.||Stayed over a weekend to enjoy London and stayed in a very average room for the price.|They STOLE £83 from us, I deposited £500 and took pictures of the entire room. Upon leaving they said I would have my money returned. We had to get in touch with them to enquire about it and to our shock they have claimed we broken the smallest corner of their outdated and cheap fridge. They then sent an invoice of £83 for parts that weren’t even broken and provided 0 evidence to back it up, a little fishy isn’t it. We are a young couple and they took severe advantage of us. At this point it’s not about the money it’s just the morales and these people have been clearly raised without them. Wherever we go we want to enjoy ourselves and take pride in looking after our accommodation as we know how hard some service workers have it, but this place deserved nothing of the such. Entered the bed and to my disgust there were brown splatters on the bed, god only knows what it could have been and I had to sleep on it for a night. Zero apologies and no remorse for what ever I could have contracted. No air con lead to a very stuffy and uncomfortable room with flimbsy windows you are afraid to touch in case they try and take more money from you! Grumpy and lazy receptionists who were reluctant to help or make conversation. ||They wished us well and hoped we’d return after constant unhelpful back and forth trying to justify their actions and their blatant lies. I couldn’t not recommend this place any more and I hope anyone who reads this changes their mind on staying. ||(Left some attached photos of the state of the room, the bedsheets I slept in and the tragic damage that was done to the poor...
Read moreThe WORST PLACE I have ever stayed in my life. Do not fall into the luxurious pictures you see on the internet cuz it is nothing like the pictures. One thing really grossed me out is the tons of hair I cleaned from the newly sheets they changed. Thank god i brought a 'lint roller' w me and cleaned it but still planning to buy my own sheets and blankets tmrw cuz unfortunately we booked this place for 3 weeks... At the same time, beds are very uncomfortable (ours is actually sinking)
OH and also they say free-wifi in the room but the internet does not download anything basically u can forget about the internet. They give you a paper during check in which explains that if you want a faster wifi you need pay for it. The dishwasher in the room isn't working. The housekeeping supposed to clean for you yes she did put the dishes in the dishwasher like she s throwing it in and when it finished I opened to use but all the plates and forks were still so dirty... Staff is careless especially the concierge. They don't deal with anything and they just direct you to the management office. I was in the room while housekeeping did her job and she really did not clean at all. All she did in the toilet was to change the towels which they do once a week. oh and also they charge you extra if you ask for an extra towel. So make sure you don't make ur towel too dirty in one week unless u want to pay... LOTS OF HAIR IN A CLEAN SHEET REALLY GROSSED ME OUT SO MUCH THAT that's why i decided to write this. If you are a clean person like me I recommend you to not stay at this place UNLESS U WANT TO SLEEP W SOMEONE ELSES HAIR IN YOUR SHEETS... We are paying 100 gbp per night for a small ass studio. It's not so cheap price either but this is what we got. Bad service, bad hygiene.
Lastly there is only one good thing about this place: it is 5 mins walk to king's road. BUT AGAIN YOU CAN DEFINITELY STAY SOMEWHERE BETTER FOR THIS PRICE. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS...

Stayed in one of the One Bedroom Apartment for 5 nights, 3 of us and my son slept in the sofa bed.
The Good Location is perfect. Close to the South Kensington subway station. Walk to Stone Square for shopping site, restaurants, cafes and bars. Just out the door to the right reasons some very good shopping stores with a Chanel boutique and some very nice eateries. Perfect for super cars gazing. Opposite the apartment building is a convenient store , Starbuck and a few other shops so it's a great location.
That it for the good.....LOCATION
The BADSSSSSS IT is not a service apartment, daily house keeping clean the bin clean a fix number of items in the kitchen and will charge for more if u need more cleaning. They fold up your USED Towels and place on rack. If u want fresh towels you will need to pay....if you run out of toilet rolls you will have to buy. the place, apt 717 is not clean at all with dirty carpet and old dated bathroom. the concierge at the lobby is for the residents, owner and permanent occupants of the building. If you have any queries woth your apartment they will direct you to the leasing office. The problem is the office open from 930 am to 4 or 5 pm mon to Fri so good luck. No air-condition in the room (717) so when we were her for summer there were a couple of nights when we need to leave windows open. They do have a pedastool fan in the wardrobe for u...... -Noisy traffic noise, people screaming and shouting in the night so if the windows are open...prepare for some restless nights. Even with the windows close its noisy. NOT a HOTEL so if u need a more comfortable place...go elsewhere. -WiFi is 'Free' and it's slower than the slowest connection you would ever encountered. If you need speed.....guess what...you have to pay!!!!!!
If you want location and not fussy with comfort..noise...clearness....equipment than...
